Sleeping & Layout All four bedrooms have their own attached full bathroom with shower, offering privacy and convenience for families and couples traveling together. The primary bathroom also features a relaxing soaking tub. Main Floor: • Primary suite – King bed + private bath • Second bedroom – Queen bed + private bath Upper Level: • King bedroom + private bath • Queen bedroom + private bath Outdoor Space Enjoy covered front porch seating with four chairs and small tables—perfect for morning coffee in the pines. The backyard features a private fire pit and an intimate patio space that runs the width of the home, ideal for quiet evenings outdoors. Access & Parking There are eight steps up to the main entrance. The driveway has an incline, which can be challenging in icy winter conditions for front- or rear-wheel-drive vehicles. During snow season, all-wheel drive is recommended. Home Details This custom home was completed in August 2019 and offers modern mountain comfort in a quiet cul-de-sac setting.

Maximum capacity is firmly capped at 8 guests. • Gatekeeper Entry Protocol: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will message you our digital house manual.
